Scientology Marks a Decade at Its Budapest Ideal Org

Around 500 members of Hungary Hungary’s Scientology community came together to mark the tenth anniversary of the Budapest Ideal Organization on Váci Road.

Dedicated in July 2016, the six-storey religious centre has become an important meeting place for the Hungarian Scientology community. The anniversary featured a religious service, musical performances, a photographic and video retrospective and a presentation looking toward the coming years.

Over its first ten years, the Budapest church has also hosted community programmes ranging from drug prevention and human-rights education to humanitarian and interfaith initiatives. These activities are connected with social betterment programmes inspired by Scientology founder L. Ron Hubbard.
