Scientology Marks a Decade at Its Budapest Ideal Org

Hundreds of Scientologists assembled at the Váci Road church in Budapest to mark the tenth anniversary of the Church of Scientology headquarters on Váci Road.

Inaugurated ten years ago, the six-storey religious centre has become a centre for worship, education and community activities. The anniversary included a news eu taxonomy religious service, live music, a photographic and video retrospective and plans for the next decade.

During the past decade, the Budapest church has also hosted activities focused on drug education, human rights, humanitarian service and dialogue between religions. These activities are connected with social betterment programmes inspired by Scientology founder L. Ron Hubbard.
